Olivenhain Meeting Hall
Historic meeting hall owned by the nonprofit Olivenhain Town Council. Members, or renters sponsored by a member, can rent it very cheaply for social events. It comes with strict rules: no amplified sound, no dancing inside, and no cooking in any building.

- Food and drinks
- No cooking in any structure. Renter removes all trash. Alcohol served by a third party (bartender or caterer) needs proof of insurance 14 days ahead.
- Deposit
- $250 refundable deposit for social use. The rental fee and deposit (two separate checks) are due 14 days ahead. Liability insurance naming the OTC is required ($250,000 recommended).
