- Not reservable; first come, first served. It isn't a listed permit site, so groups of 25+ should call PRCA (760-633-2740) first. See city-wide rules. The pump track, skate feature and courts are not reservable. On Aug 3, 2026 the City posted that the synthetic-turf area was temporarily closed for surfacing repairs; check whether it has reopened.
